All product information, pricing, offers, and availability are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct errors, update content, or cancel orders if required.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate order and contact details. Petal Roots is not liable for delays or issues caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided during checkout.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
After verification, Petal Roots may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, as applicable.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the personal care and hygiene nature of Ayurvedic and beauty products, opened, used, or partially consumed products are generally not eligible for return.
Returns may be accepted only if:
The product received is damaged during transit. The product is defective. An incorrect item was delivered.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after verification and approval.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
To request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order details.
Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:
Opened or used products Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage Products purchased during special promotions or clearance sales (unless received damaged or defective) Force Majeure
Petal Roots shall not be liable for delays or failure in delivery due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, transportation disruptions, strikes, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.
